My husband is retired Navy Seabee. We spent 21 yrs in the navy living from Rhode Island to Calif, to Midway Island (Fantastic Place) Came back home to retire.

Have enjoyed retirement since November, 2003.  Keeping busy "Volunteering with Habitat with Humanity of Northeast Georgia": building houses, working in our Restore(i.e. retail store (Old chicken house) selling used furniture,and other odds and ends.   As a "hobby" go on long bicycles rides: 2004 - rode across the southern states GA to CA;  2005 - Barbara and I went from Athens, Greece to Berlin - Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Yugoslavia, Hungary, Slovenia, Austria, Czech Republic, and Germany.  It Was a GREAT experience - 9 Countries, 8 languages, and 7 monetary systems.  Lots of good stories and meeting good people. 2009 rode from Key West to SC/NC border.  Will complete the rest of the trip later this year or next year.

I enjoy spending time with the grandchildren, golfing, traveling, dancing and going to our condo in Park City, Utah, for the summers.  Bob and I really like living in The Villages and I especially enjoy the live music nightly at the Town Squares.  I hope many of you will plan to attend the 50th Reunion as it would be wonderful to see old friends and classmates again.

Moved to Greensboro, NC, about 12 years ago. Retired from Disease Managment Company, Accordant, in Dec. 2006.  I was a certified disease case manager and this job required that I have a nursing license in 50 states. Active in 3 herb clubs.  Retirement gives me time to take photos (macoros of flowers are my favorite) and advance my amateur photographic skills with D-SLR.  Need more time to work in Photoshop to erase those character lines in my self portrait.  I have several albums on Facebook. Travel liimited as husband has chronic progressive MS.  Looking forward to seeing classmates and visiiting relatives in Ohio.  Unfortunately grand children live in Fenton, MI, so, don't get to see them often.
